Rowing Biomechanics

Biomechanics is a science that looks into movement by integrating both biological systems and principles of mechanics.

Sport Performance Consulting uses the BioRow equipment to analyse rowers' motion in the water. The information from biomechanical testing allows us to provide valuable knowledge for both, coaches and athletes, giving a deeper insight on technique and how to improve the efficiency of the movement.
